Parameters:
  • Has to be done with WLP001 seeing I will have a fresh slurry after tongiht
  • should be something good for cooler fall weather
  • No IPA's or Porter's because I have both of them on tap or conditioning

what about a nice ESB? have never made one with that yeast but I like the style

One of these late-hopped pale ales with Southern Hemisphere hops like Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, etc. Light color, late & dry hops.

I have an American Oatmeal Brown with a little Special B going on tap next. Hoppy sucker too.

I like where you are goign with this .. American brown with a hint of smoke malt. This has potential.

I have a # of Apple Smoked Crystal Malt that I need to use uphmmmmmI nominate a smokey brown ale as an Autumnal Community Brew :D
