Made this nice little dry stout last March. Very happy with it..... 14 gallon preboil 12 gallon postboil 80% efficiency 15# 2-row 6# malted rye 10 oz roasted barley 1# chocolate rye .75# C-40 .75# C-120 Mashed at 150df 75 Min boil 6 oz Cascade pellets 5.5 AAU FWH 1 oz Bravo pellets 14.2 AAU 60 minutes Fermented around 65df with 1272 slurry 1.052 OG 54 IBUs I'm not sure I would change anything but I'm sure other Am hops would be fine.
