Brewing this one tomorrow, 4/13:
76% Pils
15% Munich
8% crystal-60
1% chocolate malt
1 oz Citra, for FWH, to ~36 IBUs
1 oz Columbus, for bittering/90-min boil, to 32 IBUs
1 oz Amarillo, 10 min boil, to 9 IBUs
2 oz Mosaic, for 30-min hopstand, to 23 IBUs
1 oz Centennial, for dry-hop in keg
A fresh slurry of US-05 will handle the heavy lifting in the primary.
Shooting for ~8% abv, ~100 IBUs, and ~14 SRM when this bad boy gets kegged in about 3 weeks.
