Mr. Malty says that 2.5 vials will work, but I imagine you will opt to use 3.

ya.. who knows about the viability really.. and such a pain to try to dump just half the yeast in...Mr. Malty says that 2.5 vials will work, but I imagine you will opt to use 3.

If you are going to do it, do it right. Make a starter. I know you have a stir plate.
