Just kegged and forced carbed, all in 6 hours. Still very cloudy with hop particles. Nice tight head that lasts through the pint, lacing on its way down. Aroma is unlike any other IIPA I have had. Very fruity; tropical fruit, pineapple, peach, orange, citrus, and floral. Very smooth bitterness, not harsh or overpowering. The flavors of this beer are amazing and very unique; you get that tropical sweet fruit from those Citra hops, pleasant peach from the Glacier, citrus/orange/grapefruit from the Amarillo, and an other layer of orange zest/dank/resin from the Apollo. Slight presence of fruity esters that blend perfectly with the hops. Super tasty, dry, and drinkable.

I really like use of Glacier hops, I highly recommend you try adding these to your APAs, IPAs, and IIPAs... Or anything beer you would like to add an interesting or new layer of flavors.

NikoBrew - Apollo hops. I scored all the hops except the Glaciers from here. Wonderful service and excellent prices for hops.
